“Will never use Drivalia again”

Hired a car from Drivalia for 2 weeks in February. When we arrived it was dark so checked the vehicle as best we could. It had a paint scratch on the front bumper which was noted. The vehicle although it had been cleaned there were stains and marks on the rear seat. On returning the vehicle it was checked by a member of staff who pointed out to us a small black scuff mark on the wheel trim, the wheel trim was not damaged or cracked. This had no detrimental affect on the vehicle. We hadn't marked it but we hadn't seen it when we picked it up, had it been daylight when we got the vehicle I'm not sure we would have noticed this. They charged us 38.84 euros for this damage. I think this is a disgrace.
