“Don't expect this to last long!”

When I first got this over a year ago, it worked really quite well and I was pleased. However although I have not had occasion to use it very much, it has ceased to work at all in that the water no longer heats up, let along produces steam. Given that it's only had light use, I consider this a very poor product.
