I used them twice, and they disappointed twice. They sent the WRONG arrangement in the WRONG container. When I called, their autoattendant put me on hold for 20 minutes. The service representative said they could not send the correct arrangement until the NEXT DAY. In addition, they would not deliver the correct arrangement without picking up the incorrect arrangement first, which is INSULTING.
