Purchased my son a bed with the promise of 1-3 days delivery..order confirmation came through straight away. Status of my order after 3 days was 'back order' and no dispatch email until the 4th day after I complained. Email didn't contain tracking info but a promise of a courier call from UPS. When asked for a tracking number I was told they don't provide them off short deliveries. I then contacted UPS directly which told me I had no parcel coming to the address and said that they provide there tracking info on booking the delivery. Have now asked for a refund..which they have replied with a refund confirmation saying it would take up to 5 days..( I thought me parcel was on its way...can't have been) I have read so many of the same stories. I've already been in contact with trading standards and if I don't get a resolution from galaxy stores (not a chargeback from the bank) I will defiantly not be letting this one go as my baby boy is now without a bed
