“Poor quality boxes, appalling customer service”

The boxes sent to me were defective (not glued together). I sent an email asking for a refund and was asked to provide a photo of the defective boxes. Long story short, I provided a photo... 4 times. Six weeks and multiple emails later I have still not received a refund or even an apology for the inconvenience. I will definitely never use this company again.
