I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS WITHOUT HAVING TO MAKE A CLAIM. HOWEVER AFTER HAVING MYPURSE STOLEN IN MADRID AND TRYING TO MAKE A CLAIM, THE HELPFULNESS OF THE COMPANY DISAPPEARED, I FILLED OUT ALL NECESSARY FORMS AND PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION BUT THEN A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER, I WAS CONTACTED AGAIN WITH ANOTHER LIST OF REQUIREMENTS- IE LETTERS FROM BANKS PROVING EXACTLY WHAT TIME THEY WERE CONTACTED TO CANCEL CARDS - EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T CLAIMING FOR THAT. COPIES OF BANK STATEMENTS PROVING THAT FRIENDS HAD LENT ME CASH AFTER THE THEFT AND THAT I HAD PAID IT BACK!!! ALSO THEN ACOPY OF THE RECEIPT FROM THE BANK WHERE I HAD PURCHASED EUROS, THIS WAS SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER MY TRIP AND I KNOW THAT CERTAIN FIENDS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PRODUCE THAT - ALMOST A TRAP SO THAT THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY OUT. IF DIRECT TRAVEL THINK THAT I WOULD QUEUE AT A MADRID POLICE STATION FOR 2 HOURS FOR POLICE REPORT JUST SO I COULD DEFRAUD THEMOUT OF £200 THEY ARE VERY NAIVE. SO WATCH OUT WHEN PURCHASING A POLICY FROM THEM - THE PLEASANTRIES DON'T CONTINUE IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM
