The speed of the service was good but I was wrongly told my phone was damaged (password protected and locked into a network).
Admittedly after I immediately requested it's return - pointing out it couldn't be locked as it was a personally purchased handset and I still had the original paperwork - it was rectified, but had I not seen the email quickly the transaction would have just been processsed at a signicantly lower amount.
I hope this was an isolated problem and not routinely experienced by others.
