Ordered a Sony HDRXR155 from them on Sat 18th Dec 2010 online, assured next day store collection, emailed about problems, phoned again to confirm delivery and was absolutely positively guaranteed delivery. Phoned Hamilton call centre the next day and was told it was in store. Drove 40 miles to collect the item, fought for a parking space, then sat for 2 hours at their collection point which was freezing cold to be told it hadn't arrived. John Lewis are the most useless retailer on the High Street, DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE IDIOTS. Oh and they blamed the weather despite the roads being a-ok and half the other deliveries showing up. LIES LIES LIES!!!
