I placed an order on feb 4 for delivery to my wife on Feb 13 ahead of Valentines day because I was out of the country. Flowers did not ship till the 13th on UPS with business day delivery and they will not arrive till the 16th...two days after valentines as opposed to a contract to be one day before. They refuse to answer their 800 number and sent me an automated customer support (WE Care) email that said "we are sorry you want to cancel your order" in response to my email asking for a full refund. This business is clearly understaffed and they are trying to run it with computer generated service.
They clearly stink...do not use them EVER...#Yousuckflowers.com
