Bad Points
Horrible service........will never use again.
General Comments
I was very disappointed when the mother's day flower bouquet I ordered from teleflora never arrived. I spoke with two people on their customer service line which assured me that they would call me back when they figured out what the problem was. I never received a call from either one of them. I attempted to contact someone through their customer service line for the last time to cancel my order. It was like they never existed. No answer and no place to leave a message. Finally had to report the merchant to American Express and file a claim.
