“The worst company I've ever dealt with”

They never ring back when they say they will. They keep no record of customer requests, not even for serious problems. They couldn't care less that my flat was unlocked and insecure. They lie through their teeth about visit times. They fitted a door at a crooked angle so it wouldn't close in the cold weather, and wasted my time sending a goon who couldn't see it or do anything about it. They gave me "advice" that would have caused structural damage to the building. I have written three letters of complaint, all of which have been completely ignored apart from a meaningless standard response. Don't touch them with a barge pole.
