“worst customer service of my life!”

I bought an item from Fashion world which I wanted to return a week later. Firstly, there was no paper work such as an invoice or returns label with my item. I rang to get a returns label which I told they would me. This has never arrived. I rang customer services again I was told that I didn't need an address on the parcel to send it back as the courier (Hermes) would know where it's going. This didn't seem right as I know that Hermes do not work for just one company so the same day I rang them again to double check and was told the same thing by someone else. So I took this as being correct and left my parcel in my garden for a week before ringing them again as to why its not been picked up yet. Then I'm told that the previous info was wrong and I do actually need an address on the parcel! So I wrote the address, as advised on the parcel and the finally it was collected. Three weeks later I STILL have no refund as now the parcel is 'lost' and they have no idea where it is. So now I was told that they were going to send me a form to sign stating that I gave sent it item back to get a refund, which once again never turned up. I have called customer services yet again and have spoken to a manager who had an attitude, who insisted that I must sign a form to get a refund despite all of their messing me around! Shockingly bad customer service!!!! Rude and badly trained staff. I work in customer service for different company I would NEVER treat customers like this. I can see by all the other reviews, that sadly I am only one of many customers that have been let down by the customer service of this company.
