“Didn't provide what they talked while booking.”

I have booked my honeymoon trip to Manali through colors of India for 5 nights and 6 days. I booked for honeymoon package, they promised complimentary flowerbed and honeymoon cake etc., But when we arrival to hotel there is no such kind of arrangements. We argued with COI, they didn't respond. My trip was little disturbed. We maid payment for super deluxe hotel they arranged Delux hotel. They are not much fair in arrangements.
So, please be careful while booking and take care about things what they providing.
