General Comments
Booked flights for Greece for my honeymoon 3 months in advance on Expedia. 3 weeks prior to departure, Olympic Airlines Athens Mykonos leg changed without notice, contacted Expedia who contacted Olympic, was on hold for two hours waiting for a resolution from Olympic. Optional flights did not fit my hotel and sightseeing itineraries. Point being I was charged for a flight for a specific day and paid the bill, done deal. I feel that I should have been placed on any Olympic flight for that specific day. To top it all off they apparently hung up on my Expedia Rep and myself. How do you charge someone and not provide adequate alternatives when things change? I think that is bad business.
