“My best buddy”

This is the second time of being a member. After reaching my goal the first time I thought I could go it alone, well the upshot was NO. Nutracheck is fabulous it does all the hard work for you. The data base of food calories is even better than last time I was a member. All the hard work is done for you at the press of a button. The food diary is invaluable, you can look back at what worked best for you, and it is easy to calculate the calories of new foods. The cost is great for all the functions you get. You can keep your progress etc private or join all the other members. Loads of hints and tips. I could go on and on but all I would say is if you are struggling to lose weight on your own then nutracheck is like like your best buddy it travels the journey with you making it far easier, so I would not hesitate to say join today you will not be disappointed.
