Please reply mails when they are sent to you. My fiance kept on sending mails about the order he made for valentine but nobody seem to bother to reply. U7JTCZ, that was the order number. 3 out of 8 cards were withheld and also a package. i sent a mail only to be told that it was not my account so my request would not be attended to but i am the recipient of these cards. When the owner of the account finally sends an e-mail, no one bothered to reply him despite the repeated mails and complaints. i must say i am very disappointed. really. These items have been paid for, shouldn't they be delivered. or is moonpig comfortable with receiving payment and withholding the items paid for?
