I purchased tickets for my fiancee to come to Australia from the Philippines and paid by credit card, you sent me an email asking for the same information again plus passport detail from the credit card holder, which has to be the same as the person travelling, to fax to you, the email doesn't say what country i'm sending it to, what numbers to include if those numbers there are for in the states and if i cancel i lose my deposit and then i have not only lost a day as i had my daughter help me with the purchase on line, i don't understand any of this and its costing me money for your deception, i'l not happy,
