Bad Points
In my opinion its confusing to use, cluttered, non-importable information, invitations only for certain services, tacky/ugly page layout.
NOT user friendly as far as I am concerned.

General Comments
I live by the mantra that one should keep an open mind at all times. So, when I first setup my gmail account months ago, I tried to ween myself from the yahoo account that I had been using.

I figured that if Google did such a great job on their search engine, that it would also translate into a great free email service.

Boy, was I wrong.

There is very little on the positive side that I can say for Gmail.

It is truly awful, and I have really made a good effort to use it, too.

In my opinion awful page layout, confusing message system, clutterd/cramped screen, invite ONLY services( I mean, really is that neccessary), and no import capabilities!

A free email service could not be more user unfriendly in my opinion.

Google should give this service a complete makeover in my opinion!
