Good Points
Arrangements were on time, and in two cases (out of 3) the arrangements were what I ordered.
Bad Points
Sender and recipient's names (on 1 order) were incorrect in both cases, and NOT transposed. Another arrangement I ordered was supposed to measure 14" T x 13" W. It arrived at 8.5"T x 10"W. They wanted to give me 10% of my order back.
General Comments
Overall, this is the second year in a row that Teleflora have messed up at least, if not more of my multiple orders. So much for giving people another chance. I will say their customer service representatives are very very courteous and polite, but they do not offer any significant reimbursement replacement for their mistakes, just verbal apologies. This year I had a 15% discount coupon and I couldn't resist - more fool me.
