Nobody's perfect
That explains 4 stars rather than 5 which would be better reflected as 9 out 10.
They took my call today and dealt with it in an exemplary manor.
They were friendly , polite and personable and knowledgeable. My problem which had had me tearing my hair out was resolved quickly and professionally.
