I have now ordered several photo books from photobox and am very pleased with both the quality and the speed of service. Recently I was unable to complete two photo book credits within the prescribed time period and wrote to ask if I could pay for an extension as an exception (credits were exempted from extending) as I had recently undergone major surgery. I received a lovely letter back and they gave me a generous extension free of charge ! VERY kind and very impressed ! Can recommend !
