“Most unreliable service!!!!!!!!!!”

Totally over trying to judge my journey times with south west trains.. ALWAYS late! Completely unacceptable especially at the rate we are charged! The worst being when often leaving Weybridge going towards Basingstoke and you wake up early only to find your first train has been cancelled and the next one is in 30min, then having to reroute via London to get to your final destination. Extortionate prices for terrible service!
When are southwest trains going to streamline their service? I understand trains running late from time to time, but most days is rediculous!! And finally the speed in which the train travels once you are on it finally.. enough to put anyone over the edge.. I do understand the logic.. Train is late therefore lost place in queue.. Doesn't help the frustration though!!
