I bought a Miele washing machine and dishwasher from JL online and arranged for express delivery, items arrived promptly as arranged, however the dishwasher had a slight dent on the left side, i phoned up customer services and within 5 minutes had been offered a collection and drop off of a new item, no fuss no waiting. excellent service, will never use comet or currys ect again.
