“My mums flowers left on doorstep or were they!”

The most disgusting service I have ever encountered... Ordered flowers for my mums birthday, she has been my rock for the last 5 years and I wanted her to open the door to the deluxe flowers that I had ordered for her.... Was sent a text saying flowers had left the depot and were enroute.... Received another text to say flowers have been left securely at the front of the property.... How that can be secure I don't know, but living in a very nice area I wasn't too concerned... Decided to send someone round (as I found out someone has taken
My mum out for a birthday lunch so she wasn't home to take them from the courier.... Now on the website it states... I nobody is home, we will leave with a neighbour or rearrange another delivery, or redeliver the next day..... NO they say they left them on the doorstep, the person I sent round 5 minutes later reported that they were not on the doorstep, neither was a note left and definitely no flowers... Tried to call customer service 7 times (don't even bother with that, they do not answer the phone) nor do they answer emails... I'm going to my bank tomorrow to find out if I can get the money back for non delivery... Absolute disgrace of a company
