I hesitated to order from here instead of Amazon, but the free shipping and sale price on some items I wanted to try out persuaded me to take a chance. I received invoice of order and email confirmation immediately, which reassured me this was a legit business.

When only half of my order arrived, and no mention of the other half remaining on the package slip, I'd feared I'd made a mistake (the sale price were too good to be true!). I contacted Eclothusa via email and received prompt response to my inquiry. They owned up to the mistake on their end of filling the order and rectified the problem. The rest of the order came with an apology.

Mistakes are normal. What impressed me was how this business responded--owning up to their mistake and quickly rectifying the situation without vague or needless excuse.

Would I order from them again? Just put in another order this morning!

Btw, I was very skeptical of the products (with water only?) but when I did the math, I realized I was paying lots of money for chemical to clean anyway... it wouldn't hurt to try this new fangle thing! I'm impressed! Very impressed. It's an added bonus the peace of mind knowing I'm not using chemical and my house looks cleaner than with before. (Mainly because it's addictive to clean with just water and see the magic!)
