“AVOID COLCHESTER BRANCH!!”

Marketed our property with B&E in Colchester, had 1 viewing in 7 weeks, the second i leave the country I apparently have 3 viewings!!! But of course the potential buyers want to view the property IMMIDIATELY, which would be impossible as I’m out of the country. On my return I call B&E to enquire about these phantom viewers and apparently all 3 “buyers” within 2 weeks have found other properties which they have already purchased!!! What a bunch of charlatans!!!The agent we dealt with further embellished the story by stating the buyers even walked by our property and were angry as they saw someone in the property.... Impossible- as the highways agency that same week had dug up the entire pavement outside my house which meant it was totally out of bounds to pedestrians !!! Safe to say we instructed our property be removed from their books
