I did initially run into some difficulty with these guys. Namely the delay in issuing e-tickets. After speaking their customer relations manager Nisha everything was resolved pretty quickly. It appears to be a case of 'good' and 'poor' members. The agent who i dealt with was called Spencer who swiftly resolved the issues. The same cannot be said about a previous agent who shall remain unnamed.
I'm happy with the end result and i would recommend these guy and likely use them again in the future. Don't go by the others 'bad' experienced guys. You get 'poor' staff in any company even at the local Tesco.
Super prices to be honest and a swift resolution should things go wrong. What other assurance is needed?
