“unprofessional lazy and rubbish ”

I have been signed up with reed now for years and not even once had an employer call me for an interview or anyone from reed at all so I give them a call around a month ago and booked an appointment to see someone. So on the meeting day I was told what they would do and how they will search for work for me etc. showing me 'kind & hard working' they are but yet again I haven't heard a single thing from them after leaving numerous messages and e-mails, but the thing that really bugs me is that a friend of mine is a client of reed and her job record is pretty dire, constant dismissals due to sickness or rudeness or laziness but reed over here always manages and seems to get her interviews which completely confuses me and frustrates me that hard working people never get the proper help


Reed you are rubbish stop serving the public ok
