WRITE A REVIEW

“No quibble settlement”

I was walking my dog on a saturday afternoon with my two children, when two samll terriers came running over and attacked my dog. They had no collars on and no obvious owner in sight. Once I managed to get them off and got my dog and children home, I noticed some blood on my dogs front leg and found a puncture wound.

As soon as I could I took him to the vets for treatment, but being a bite wound it required a shave, and clean out, followed by a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories.

I submitted a claim for the treatment as I could not find the other owner to settle it with.

Petplan have psid up in full, (allowing for the normal excess) with no quibbles at all. The whole process has ben efficient and very quick, and I am very pleased.
