I waited 15 hours for a boiler repair only to find out they had showed up, rang an obviously broken doorbell and immediately left. So I re-booked the appointment (now at 4 days without gas in the middle of winter). They refused to narrow the time down from "some time tomorrow" and when I tried to argue the point they hung up on me. The next day, having waited for 12 hours, I telephoned them again and was told they would be there "some time before midnight." This was after being on hold for 25 minutes before they even answered my call. When they finally did arrive they took one look at it and told me they would need to order a part and it would take two days. I'll be warning everyone I know not to deal with them. Terrible service.
