Horrible. Ok the 1st years car insurance was cheap, but this was just a honey trap. As when the 2nd year came along they decided to DOUBLE the *ooking fee!?! (no claims made and 6yrs NCB as well). Pure Greedy.

Had to contact my bank to cancel and block this Merchant - as they don't have normal DD/SO set-up, oh no they just take the money from your bank. Looked everywhere on my on-line bank account for a way to stop or ammend their DD or SS, couldn't be found. They just reach in like a hand from the clouds and take monies out.

Had to get the bank's arbitration/disputes team to block this merchant.

Cancellation fees are loaded on also, even when I blocked payment to the 2yr policy, wft?.

Impossible to contact via email, don't actually have an email cs support facility, in 2015, I know!

Instead you have to call and talk to their robot-computers for 10mins. Fine if you have the time. Feel sorry for their phone operators they must get some hassle, all due to the greedy suits at the top. Will never use again. £65 for 3 days of insurance? feksoff wit ya!
