“Townends - Worst letting agency ever”

I have been dealing with letting agencies for the last 10 years. This is definetlely the worst experience i have ever had. Please, do not use them if you can! This is all what I have to say. Townends just want your deposit, once done, forget about anything...
Cheating all the times.
