“One 77 Saved Us!”

We were fairly disorganied first time buyers, we had already found our house before the mortgage and One 77 happened to have a desk in the estate agents we were using which really streamlined the whole process. They understood that every situtaion needs attention and you dont ever feel like you are just one client in a long line, i always felt like they understood my urgency (and impatience) as buying your first home is always nerve wracking. Our advisor was even working on our mortgage on her days off! We encountered a unforeseen issue with our first application but were advised well and helped through the process. The rate of our mortgage is well below what high street off the shelf rates are and we easily have saved £140 a month ... Who wouldnt be happy!
