I wish I found this review site before I ordered from Powerhouse-Fitness, but i ordered from www.bodymax-fitness.com which is Powerhouse-Fitness.
Item was not instock and the website did not tell you stock levels. My Guest is that they don't carry and stock. Placed my order 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. Customer Service won't answer calls, messages or emails. Can only get through by calling Sales. I've spoken to several people who have promised to call me back or have fobbed me off. Not a pleasant experience. poor all round experience would not use again and definitely not recommended. They don't care once they have your money.
