I purchased a jumpsuit the middle of October for Christmas and changed my mind over the purchase so returned this at the beginning of December. To cut a long story short I was refused a refund or credit note even though the item was still being sold in the shops at full price as I had returned the item outside of their return policy guidelines. Whilst I appreciate we all have rules and regulations to follow we should also keep customers happy and if the item was still being sold at full price could an exception to this rule not be made? This is not the first time I have experienced their inflexible returns policy, my husband and I spend a lot of money in House of Fraser every year which with immediate effect will stop! From one very unhappy and dissatisfied customer!
