When selecting the network type to unlock, your list DID NOT have Telstra listed even though the handset description CLEARLY stated my model is a Blackberry Torch 9800 Telstra.

Also, you didn't send me any link to instructions for unlocking this type of handset. The instructions state to go to a Settings menu. There is NO setting application option on the Blackberry Torch 9800.

Your network options DID NOT include the network I am trying to unlock. I have paid for the unlock code in good faith of quality service. You have failed.

I urge you to provide an alternative solution.
