“very quick decision!”

The application process is simple and was completed within minutes and the approval process was much quicker than any bank that I have dealt with in the past. Staff were very friendly during the verification and check process with a decision being delivered within the day. It was a stress free experience! I was kept informed every step of the way via email and found it easy to supply information without the Web page timing out. I admire the initiative as it meant I didn't have to approach my bank. But It would have been good to obtain a comparison of the interest rates against major lenders on the same website as I did have to check separately before completing the application. Other than that.a really good and initiative service.
