“Very poor handling and customer service”

I have ordered a pair of Vans. The delivery did not take too long, however, when they arrived, it was an unwearable pair of shoes. The vans came in two different sizes, both being left feet. They also had a dirty cotton pad stuffed inside the shoe, disgusting. I don't wish to shop with a company that doesn't have their staff check the items before shipping them off, and I will not be shopping with them again. Now to get my refund...... It has been a week since sending the vans back to them and I've yet to hear back. Overall, appalling service. Would not recommend.
