Appalling service. We bought a fridge from JL and have even spent over £5,000 with JL over a few months on electronic goods. The fridge that arrived was defunct, they basically told us to foxtrot oscar and go back to the manufacturer. When I pointed out they were the retailer and they sold the item and they have a retailers obligation they gave me the foxtrot oscar again.
I bought a second hand lap top (Sony Viao return)from them too. Interestingly the battery seems to battery lasts 20mins.
My advice is never to by from JL. They do not offer better service than a internet based retail outlet. Shop at another store over £50 purchases. JL too risky.
