I have spent over 13 months trying to get a credit for some curtains I ordered which the delivery driver 'lost'. Even worse is that they were on buy now pay later so I have now been charged that interest which is almost as much as the curtains!
I have rung over 30 times sent countless emails and made an official complaint, but I haven't got anywhere. Nobody knows how to help and most importantly most of them don't even understand me. They have a lot of people that don't speak great English which doesn't help either! A manager is never available to take my call and never rings me back either.
Absolutely disgusting.
AVOID LITTLEWOODS AT ALL COSTS. SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH ANOTHER COMPANY
