“Bad system by Paypal”

My item cdj400 and djm400 was sold in perfect working condition on ebay which was sent with a flying case that protect the goods the buyer damage my goods and sent it back to me because he claim to knows how the system works and send me a message that he will get his money back from paypal.
One side investigation was carry out by paypal and it was resolved that I'm on a loosing side and that shows that I'm the seller was not protected.I insist paypal need to see the whats up conversation between me and the buyer in other to make a meaningful judgement but the resolution centre disagree with me.
So where is the fairness and on what grand did the conclusion was made? does that mean i can buy any working condition item on ebey and damage it and still get my money back .
Now i will use almost £200 to repair my product that was selling on ebay in fully working condition and nothing was done by paypal despite the fact that i make a complain,sad the system paypal operate support the liars and dubious people.

The item still in my house to be repair i think people need to think very before you do any transaction with paypal the system is very poor and the resolution centre they operate is the worst i have seen.

How could any investigation been done without any evidence on ground this one was basically done base on the buyer say.
