“I wish I had read reviews on the JO anodised saucepans...”

I wish I had read reviews on the JO anodised saucepans before buying them. After 12 months they were ruined so Tefal replaced them.. after 18 months they are worse and Tefal are now saying that they only had a 12 month guarentee. Does anyone out there still have the paperwork that came with them as I thought that they had a much longer guarentee than that. My complaint has been rudely dismissed but am not happy to leave it there even if it means tracking Jamie down himself!!!
