I should have paid more attention to the poor reviews on this site! Booking an appointment online seemed easy, my 1st, 2nd and 3rd preferences were Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening....... Hillary's duly booked my appointment for Thursday morning! Not a good start but I was willing to give them a chance. We finally agreed on an evening that suited both ourselves and the rep then I waited..... And waited.... And waited! No show, no phone call, no email....nothing. Think I've had a lucky escape, I'm off to look for a more reliable Company now.
