“Freedom from Worry”

I am so happy that I have placed the health and well being of my dog Lottie in the hands of our brilliant vet whom has recently undoubtedly saved her life when she contracted a fungal/bacterial infection that migrated to her liver and caused a life threatening condition.
The security, and freedom from worry that having such a fully comprehensive for life policy cover from Petplan gave us cannot be understated.
At such a time when you feel that you are going to lose a beloved family member, to know that all financial restraints and worry can be put aside because of the excellent cover provided is an immense relief.

The considerate and approachable staff at Petplan, who appear to emotionally connect and appreciate your situation is invaluable.

The simplicity of the claim form (at least from the owner's perspective) and the ongoing claim forms that need to be completed when further vet charges are incurred is just a matter of the policy no. and a signature.

No questions, no quibbles or why's and wherefores. The money for treatment is reimbursed quickly and efficiently and as in Lottie's case ongoing treatment payments are paid everytime the vet sends in the claim form which means we are never financially worried.

The method of being paid directly into our bank account meant payments were hassle free but a choice of ways of reimbursement is given.

Petplan was recommended to me by a fellow dog owner as the best policy provider and having had pets and different policies with different insurers over the years I can certainly testify to that.

I constantly recommended the company to others purely from the cover provided (having worked in the industry)
Now that we have personal knowledge of making a claim, I can only add that I am delighted that I took my friends advice.

We would like to offer heart felt thanks to Petplan staff and hope that this review will enable others to make an excellent decision when providing cover for the health of their pet.
