I would just like to say that when New Look first opened in Salisbury, the staff could never do enough for you. Although the original store was very small and lacked variety, there was a sense of a family within the company. Staff seemed to work well with eachother in the interest of the customer. This is certainly not the case anymore. In March of this year, New Look opened a bigger store to replace the old Woolworths. It was a beautiful store, what happened? The layout of the store doesn't seem to have changed much since it opened, and what has changed is not any great improvements. The visual aspects of the store leave a lot to be desired, and so do the staff. Don't get me wrong, the people serving on till do an excellent job... which it quite surprising considering the people who manage the store. I tried to return something in there, a member of management served me and you'd think I was trying to start World War 3. Not all of the management are bad, one girl in particular always seems to be trying to keep the tills running effectively, especially at weekends, while the other members of management stand around doing practically nothing. I appreciate they have a store to run, but the girl is having to run left right and centre to sort out various problems.
New Look, if you sorted out your customer service, perhaps I would think about coming back. I certainly won't be a customer until you buck your ideas up!
