After discovering that nvidia had mis sold one of their graphics cards (GTX970) overclockers uk offered customers a full refund on the item. I took them up on this offer and submitted an RMA request. The next day the request was accepted and my item was in the post on its way back to overclockers. A day later my money was refunded back into my bank account! Futher more overclockers even offered to cover the postage costs of sending the item back to them! Simply stunning service and I would never think about ordering another computer component anywhere else. 10/10 service.
