“Placed an order for a cot on the 5th Sept 09 called on...”

Placed an order for a cot on the 5th Sept 09 called on the 13th told that they would call back on the 14th, they called on the 14th and said parcelforce was shut and someone would call on the 15th. No call on the 15th. Called JL on the 16th and they informed that the cot had not left the JL warehouse and to wait for an update. Someone left a message saying that parcelforce tried to deliver on the 9th & they left a contact card &I was to contact parcelforce Wembley. No contact card in post box & no such thing as parcelforce Wembley. Called JL and learnt the person who left the vague message has gone home and I am to call back tomorrow. JOHN LEWIS, A WASTE OF TIME.
