“Shocking!!”

Absolutely shocking service from Customer Care. Once the developments are completed, they disappear offsite to never be seen or heard from again. I have been in my house for almost 3 years and am still chasing them to send me a satisfaction survey so I can air my feelings on their shoddy workmanship in my house! The garden is a joke, full of clay and waterlogged yet they tell me "it's normal".
Awful parking situations too, just about enough room for one car on my own driveway yet residents of the main road have been given the spaces we are paying to maintain all because one of the residents there is a councillor.
JOKE!
