I can't stress out how disappointed I am. I placed an order, then waited 2 weeks to find out that I'm not going to receive any goods - there was four items in total - because at some early stage my items got damaged and couldn't be replaced because there was no more in stock (?!?). First: it took them almost 2 weeks to figure out that package is damaged and I'm entitled to a refund; second: excaclty in two weeks time after my order was placed two of the items I ordered appeared on the air. When i pointed that out to the lady from customer service I've got sound of surprise in response. So, why those lies? That is how you treat your customers? I've spend hundreds of pounds on that shopping channel, but now I'm really not sure if I will shop with you again.
