OutdoorsGB start the sales process by giving an informative concise review with the main Q&A front loaded.
Thereafter, their process - from choosing, to shopping, to paying, to delivery, along with excellent communications is second to none.
I wish more traders had this type of customer satisfaction is everything ethos enshrined in their businesses policy.
